  • Stem Pharm awarded NIH SBIR Grant to Advance Temporal Lobe Epilepsy Neuroinflammation Research

    Stem Pharm has been awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to advance drug discovery related to temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). The grant will support the development of an innovative stem cell derived 3D neural organoid to accurately model the role of microglia and neuroinflammation in TLE, ultimately paving the way for discovery of novel drug candidates.
